   THE MUNICIPAL PROPERTY OF ODESSA
        The Odessa City Council has made the decision "On entering
   Changes and additions to applications 1, 2, 3 decisions of the City Council from 29
   February, 2000 "About the program of privatisation and alienation of objects
   The municipal property of a territorial community of Odessa ".
        In the decision, in particular it is told, that in connection with acceptance gorbjudzheta

   Odessas. The sum of expected receipts in gorbjudzhet from sale is changed
   Objects of the municipal property - 24 million grn. (Under condition of sale
   Hotels and the markets). The means received from privatisation of the municipal
   Property (except objects of not complete building (ONS) and groups
   ), are enlisted in off-budget fund of privatisation and are distributed
   As follows: in gorbjudzhet - 90 %, on business development
   - 2 %, on other purposes - 8 %. The means received from privatisation ONS,
   Are distributed: in gorbjudzhet - 65 %, on indemnification of the expenses connected
   With privatisation - 20 %, to the enterprise on which balance was registered
   Object - 15 %. Distribution of the means received from privatisation
   Objects of group "": 30 % - in gorbjudzhet, 10 % - on compensation of expenses,
   Connected with privatisation, 60 % - to the enterprise, on which balance
   The object was registered.
        Besides, the list of objects, privatizeable, is added 28
